– With a total of 24 years of experience in the F & B Industry, Samantha has more than 19 years in customer service, handling feedback and complaints while having an extensive knowledge and experience in handling cafe operation. More than 15 years’ experience as a senior barista, serving commercial coffee to specialty grade coffee in retail operation café. And 12 years’ experience in providing training on barista technical skill and operation management.

Chef Ling is an accomplished yet humble chef with an impressive international career spanning over two decades across four continents. His journey began as the Head Chef at the world-renowned Ottolenghi in London, where he specialized in baking, pastry, and culinary exploration. Leading teams of chefs and serving as the Creative Chef for Correa in Moscow further enriched his expertise.
The invaluable experiences gained in London and Moscow paved the way for him to realize his dream of opening restaurants. He founded Coco Momo & Co in Osaka, Japan, and co-owned Parklife in Kuala Lumpur, each offering distinct culinary experiences. Currently, he serves as the Chef Patron of The Cabin, a Mediterranean & Barbecue Gastrobar.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Chef Ling shares his expertise through consultancy work for various establishments like EQKL, CharLine, Quack Cafe, Black Horse, and Lakeside Tavern & Bar. His passion for quality ingredients drives him to continuously innovate recipes through product testing and development. Collaborations with renowned kitchen equipment brands such as The Kitchen Shop Malaysia and La Gourmet underscore his commitment to excellence.
